Module 3: Optimising Exercise Programs for People with Parkinson's

This module has been developed to assist exercise professionals to plan and support the implementation of quality, balanced exercise regimes tailored to people living with Parkinson's.

Parkinson’s NSW is the peak body for Parkinson's in NSW also providing essential services and programs. Services include a HealthLine supported by a team of health care specialist including Registered Nurses, Support Groups across the state, education, counselling, and specialist advice on Parkinson’s exercise programs.
